Drive Test Coordinator

Must have T-Mobile FCC Project experience.Description:Perform coordination of drive test teams. Working to tell what DT teams to go where based on their locations.Detailed understanding and experience on XCAL, XCAP, Google earth, creations of Tab files etc.Working with the local RF teams on the status of the sites/clustres and helping to plan the drives around those sites taking into account what site might be down in a given day etc...Communicate constantly with the Drive Test Teams to ensure they are following the right routes and coordinating.Keep tracking of each drive testers performance (miles driven, ATP sites pass/fail, ensuring they do their best to pass the sites (e.g. helping them find the right location to do a throughput test if they are having issues)Need to have good communication skills and good MS Office suite experience.MapInfo and mapping experience is a plus, but not needed.General Telecom knowledge is needed ideally with experience on drive testing and/or telecom coordination in general.Booking hotels, ensuring no vehicle issues or issues with the drive test tools and escalating to the team if there are issues to help drive resolution and keep the DT teams going.
