This role involves managing budgeting,profit and loss reporting, capacity planning, forecasting, fluctuations in manpower requirements,providing project management leadership, upholding technology best practices, and ensuring continuousimprovement initiatives to enhance system availability, performance, and reliability.➔ Service Delivery Leadership: Oversee the concurrent end-to-end delivery of multiple projects(with multiple engagement models). Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projectsare delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Monitor project progress, identify risks,and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Get an in-depth understanding of the entiredelivery cycle from projectsales handover and kickoff through discovery and development + QA toDeployment and Support with the customer success team.➔ Team Mobilization and Management: Build and lead a high- caliber team of engineers,designers, and professionals to surpass operational targets. Mentor and develop your team,fostering an environment of excellence and continuous learning.Job Description➔ Client Pulse & Engagement: Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to proactively engageclients, ensuring high satisfaction, addressing concerns/ escalations and identifying opportunitiesfor additional business. Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, providing strategic guidance andinsights to help them achieve their business goals.➔ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & PM Process Management: Develop and implementSOPs/ Processes/ Guidelines/ Formats/ Checklists/ Templates across departments to streamlineprocesses, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency in service delivery that aligns with ourbusiness objectives. Build on top of our existing process database and QMS. Work closely withTeam Heads and Subject Matter Experts to document existing processes and identify areas forimprovement. Champion adoption of best practices, tools, and techniques to enhance projectdelivery effectiveness and efficiency.➔ Resource Management & Optimization: Effectively allocate resources on projects to ensureoptimal project staffing and utilization. Effectively predict and manage team sizes by skill groups,bench team size, and manpower budgets to fuel pipeline growth and strategic resource allocation.Use data-driven insights to predict and enhance our ROI. Work closely with resource managers toidentify resource requirements and address resource constraints. Mentor and coach projectmanagement team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.➔ Financial Management: Monitor project financials, including budget, expenses, and revenue, toensure projects are delivered within budget and achieve optimal profitability targets. Identifyopportunities to optimize project profitability and drive cost-saving initiatives rationally.➔ Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration amongrelevant internal and external project stakeholders, including clients, project teams, seniormanagement, and Leadership. Organize and lead project status meetings,steering committeemeetings, escalation meetings, retrospectives, and other relevant forums to ensure forwardmomentum, alignment, and transparency.➔ Strategic Competitive Lookout: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitivelandscape and industry best practices/ trends/SOPs to refine delivery strategies. Utilize advancedanalytical tools and techniques to monitor engineering operations and adjust tactics accordingly.➔ Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks and develop tangible riskmitigation/contingency strategies to minimize potential impacts on project delivery. Regularlyreview and communicate risk status to relevant internal and external stakeholders.We're Searching for Someone who is➔ An Experienced Leader: Boasting at least 8 years in software service delivery within the ITindustry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing processes, projects, and teams. Yourexpertise should encompass overseeing comprehensive delivery operations.➔ An Achiever of Targets: A track record that showcases your ability to consistently meet andexceed service delivery goals by effectively managing resources and timelines. You should havedemonstrated success in executing complex projects within stipulated timelines and budgets andscaling customer accounts.➔ A Delivery Subject Matter Expert: Profound knowledge of software development activities andproject management principles, including tailored Agile/hybrid methodologies, capacity planning,bench strength, and resource allocation. You are expected to have a thorough understanding ofJob Descriptionworkflow dynamics and be skilled in crafting and implementing SOPs, Protocols, and Processimprovement initiatives.➔ Data Driven Analytical Strategist: Proficient in adopting a data-centric approach to define andmanage KPIs, project metrics, and balanced scorecards. Your expertise should extend to utilizingdata analysis to refine service execution, optimize training, and manage resources efficiently.➔ Communicator & Relationship Expert: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills arecrucial for building, maintaining, and expanding client relationships. Your ability to establish trustand rapport with both clients and internal teams is essential. Along with skills, capable of engagingwith internal cross-functional teams, senior executives, and other stakeholders through clear andcompelling presentations.➔ Technological Proficiency: Solid understanding of IT technologies, frameworks, systems, andarchitectures essential for effective service delivery management.
