Project Manager – IMS/Core Networks (Customer-Facing, Tier 1 Telecoms)Location: Customer project is in India (Remote based, with occasional travel)Contract Duration: to December 2026 (extendable)FPG are looking to engage an experienced Customer project manager with experience of Cloud Core network projects (IMS, Voice, VoLTE core nodes, SDM, HSS, HLR, SBC, x-CSCF, TAS, BGCF, MGCF, MGW, MSC, MGCF, SDM).This will be a contract position with project to the end of 2026, fully remote based.The RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to support a Tier 1 telecom operator in Europe. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Core Network (IMS) projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage Core Network projects, ensuring seamless delivery and execution.Act as the primary customer interface, managing expectations and project timelines.Drive engagement with technical and business stakeholders.Project finance/financial acumen, experience, managementOversee project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure Core solutions meet customer requirements.Key Skills & Experience:Proven experience in Project Management within the telecoms industry.Strong background in Core Networks, with expertise in Cloud deployments.Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.Project finance/financial acumen, experience, managementExperience working with Tier 1 telecom operators.Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
