The Senior Structural BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managingBIM models, collaborating with design and construction teams, ensuring code compliance, and integrating mechanical systems within the overall building design. The role involves tasks such as developing BIM execution plans, performing quality checks, and coordinating with other disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery.Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilledStructural BIM Modelerto join our remote team. The ideal candidate will haveat least 4 years of hands-on experienceworking onstructural BIM projects in the USA and UK , with a strong understanding of international standards and workflows. This is awork-from-home position , requiring a reliable internet connection and a high-performance computer system. Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed structural BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools. Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure model accuracy and coordination. Interpret structural drawings, specifications, and design intent. Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues. Maintain model integrity and version control throughout the project lifecycle. Deliver models and drawings in compliance with US/UK standards and client requirements. Requirements:Minimum4 years of experiencein structural BIM modeling forUSA and UK-based projects . Proficiency inRevit Structure , AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360. Strong understanding ofUS and UK building codes , standards, and construction practices. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Must own ahigh-configuration computer systemsuitable for BIM software (e.g., multi-core processor, 32GB+ RAM, dedicated GPU).
