We work with scaling brands, manufacturers, and multi-market portfolios to ensure compliance, market-entry readiness, and long-term regulatory success.As we continue expanding our operations across the UK, USA, Europe, India, GCC, and Rest of the World (ROW), we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Officer to join our growing team.Role OverviewAs a Regulatory Affairs Assistant, you will support the regulatory team in ensuring cosmetic and regulated consumer products comply with local, national, and international regulations. You will play a key role in product compliance, documentation, ingredient review, and regulatory support throughout the product lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Review, process, and manage client-supplied technical documentation, including formulas, raw material specifications, ingredient listings, COAs, allergen data, and label artwork. Prepare and support toxicological safety assessments for raw materials and finished cosmetic products. Compile, maintain, and update technical dossiers and Product Information Files (PIFs) in line with UK/EU and global cosmetic regulatory requirements. Manage, track, and archive product testing reports and regulatory compliance documentation. Ensure all regulatory data required for CPSR creation, SDS generation, label assessments, and global compliance checks is complete, accurate, and up to date.Upload, format, and maintain documentation within internal regulatory systems with a high level of accuracy. Coordinate regulatory submissions and support cross-functional teams to meet deadlines. Communicate professionally with clients to request missing information, clarify technical details, and provide timely updates. Identify and support continuous improvements in document control, data management, and workflow efficiency.QualificationsMaster’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, or a related scientific discipline. Strong understanding of cosmetic regulations and guidelines such as UK/EU Cosmetics Regulation, FDA requirements, or equivalent international frameworks. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment. Key AttributesExceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. Familiarity with UK, EU, USA, and GCC cosmetic regulations. Experience with regulatory documentation, product notifications, and compliance management systems. Proficiency in data management and analysis tools.
