Functional Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant6+ monthsRemote in IndiaWe are seeking a Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant to support a live, global Workday environment. This individual will be hands-on in the Workday production tenant, delivering configuration and support for Advanced Compensation initiatives tied to ongoing mini‑projects and global program changes.Required QualificationsWorkday Certified in Advanced CompensationDeep, expert‑level experience with Workday Advanced Compensation configuration, including:Bonus and incentive plansStock / equity plans (if applicable)Eligibility rules, compensation matrices, guidelines, and compensation cyclesStrong experience designing, configuring, and supporting Compensation-related business processesProven ability to work independently as the go‑to Advanced Compensation SMEExperience configuring directly in a live, global Workday tenantStrong understanding of end‑to‑end compensation design, testing, and deploymentResponsibilitiesLead and execute Advanced Compensation configuration in Workday, including design, build, testing, and deploymentSupport multiple mini‑projects related to compensation changes across different countries and populationsPartner with HR, Total Rewards, and HRIS stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutionsOwn and support Compensation business processes, security, eligibility, and validationsTroubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Advanced CompensationEnsure global consistency while supporting country‑specific compensation requirementsNice to HaveExperience with Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, or BenefitsPrior exposure to global compensation programsWorkday Architect‑level experience (not required, but a plus)Experience working alongside a Workday Architect in a shared delivery modelAdditional NotesThis role is not an Architect position, but the consultant must be confident acting as the primary Advanced Compensation expertThe organization is already live globally in WorkdayFocus is on delivery and configuration, not implementation from scratch
