This role will play a critical part in understanding and optimizing our recurring revenue. You will partner closely with sales operations and accounting to provide visibility into customer behavior and revenue trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to analyze upsell, cross-sell, churn, downsell, and renewal dynamics to generate actionable insights for the business.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain detailed ARR, retention, and renewals analysis, with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrityPerform in-depth churn and downsell tracking, including maintaining a database of loss reasonsAnalyse retention and renewals performance across multiple categories, includingIndustry verticalGeography/regionCustomer sizeBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting using PowerBI to monitor ARR, retention, and renewals trendsSupport renewals reporting, including forecasting, trend analysis, and performance trackingPreferred QualificationsExperience as a financial analyst with a SaaS business with experience with ARR, retention, churn, and renewal metricsProven experience with Alteryx and PowerBIAdvanced analytical skills with exceptional attention to detailStrong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams
