Project Planning & Control

The role of Project Planning & Control is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of AdaniConneX’s strategic initiatives to establish 2 GW of data center capacity by 2030. This position is responsible for driving the planning, budgeting, monitoring, and governance of critical infrastructure and data center projects. The role aligns with AdaniConneX’s mission to transform India into a global data center hub by delivering scalable, resilient, and sustainable solutions.Roles & responsibilities:- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for large-scale data center infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with AdaniConneX’s strategic goals. - Oversee critical project activity planning, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery. - Monitor and govern project progress through detailed reviews of schedules, budgets, and milestones, ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative and sustainable practices into project execution, reflecting AdaniConneX’s core values. - Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. - Provide regular updates and reports to the Chief Project Officer, highlighting key project metrics, risks, and opportunities. - Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with project objectives. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project performance data and implementing best practices. - Ensure seamless coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project deliverables. - Support the development of scalable and resilient project frameworks that align with AdaniConneX’s vision of being a trusted digital infrastructure partner.Required Qualifications & Experience- 17-23 years of experience in project management, planning, budgeting, and governance, with a focus on infrastructure and data center projects. - Proven expertise in critical project activity planning, review, and monitoring of schedules and budgets. - Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex projects within the infrastructure or data center domain.Educational Background- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Master’s degree in Project Management or Business Administration (preferred).Interested candidates may contact Mr. Joy Saha (9898791075, Joy.saha@)
