About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company’s growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy connecting with people, we’d love to meet you!Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing to onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce plans.Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, etc.).Conduct screening calls, interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.Maintain and update the ATS / candidate database regularly.Create a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to recruitment marketing campaigns.Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (corporate or agency).Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and social recruiting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Hands-on experience with ATS systems and MS Office tools.Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver results within deadlines.Nice-to-HaveExperience hiring for tech / non-tech positions.Exposure to employer branding or campus recruitment initiatives.Familiarity with HR analytics or recruitment metrics.Why Join Us?Opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative HR team.Work in a culture that values innovation, learning, and growth.Competitive salary, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
