As we accelerate growth and fundraising, we are hiring a Chief of Staff – CEO’s Office to work directly with the Founder & CEO.Role OverviewThis role sits at the center of the company.As Chief of Staff – CEO’s Office, you will operate as an extension of the CEO, owning execution across fundraising support, investor outreach, CEO communications, LinkedIn presence, strategic research, and high-priority initiatives.This is not an assistant role. It is a high-ownership, high-trust role designed for someone who can think strategically and execute relentlessly in a fast-paced startup environment.Key Responsibilities1. CEO Priority & Execution ManagementOwn and track CEO-level priorities across fundraising, partnerships, growth, and strategyManage follow-ups, action items, and timelines on behalf of the CEOPrepare concise briefing notes, summaries, and talking points for:VC meetingsPartner callsInternal leadership discussionsAnticipate needs and proactively unblock execution2. Fundraising & VC Outreach SupportResearch and build a targeted VC and Angel investor pipeline (Seed to Series A/B)Identify and qualify investors using LinkedIn, Crunchbase, PitchBook, and founder networksDraft personalized LinkedIn and email outreach messages on behalf of the CEOTrack investor outreach, responses, follow-ups, and warm introsSupport preparation of pitch decks, data rooms, and investor FAQs3. CEO LinkedIn & Personal Brand ManagementOwn and manage the CEO’s LinkedIn presenceDraft thought-leadership posts on:Startup execution and growthFundraising learningsProduct launches and company milestonesManage inbound LinkedIn messages, investor DMs, and engagementOptimize content for credibility, reach, and investor visibility4. Strategic Research & Market IntelligenceResearch competitors, comparable startups, and market trendsTrack fundraising benchmarks, valuations, and investor thesesPrepare short strategy memos and insights for CEO decision-making5.
