Greeting from the Anand Rathi Global Finance!We are looking for the Payroll Compliance for Mumbai(Goregaon) office below is the JD.Experience - 1-4yrs Industry - NBFCRole & responsibilities -:1. Assist in monthly statutory payroll compliance activities including, EPF, ESIC, PT & LWF challanpreparation and payments.2. Prepare and verify monthly payroll statutory deduction data.Manage PF-related employee actions such as:• UAN activation, KYC updates, transfer & withdrawal support• Joint declarations, EPS/PF corrections & grievance handling3. Coordinate with HR, payroll team and government portals for error resolution.4. Assist in compliance registration and licensing activities (PF, PT, ESIC, LWF)5.
