Working Setup - RemoteWorking Schedule: Monday to Friday, UAE hoursEmployment Setup: Contract, initial 1 year can be extendedWhat You’ll DoAct as the go-to data expert for your assigned product/business unit.Analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that inform product and business strategy.Design and evaluate A/B tests, experiments, and segmentation strategies.Present clear, concise findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track KPIs and performance metrics.Build automated dashboards and reports to support operational decision-making.Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and improvements.What We’re Looking For3-5 years of analytics-focused experience, ideally with some background in engineering or data.Strong skills in SQL, data analysis, and visualization.Hands-on experience with A/B testing, segmentation, experimentation, and modelling.Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence stakeholders.Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.Product or tech company experience is highly preferred.Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Looker, Python, R, Spark, Hive is a strong plus.
