(This is an individual contributor role).Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configure and prototype, and assist clients with testing and move to Production effortsPartner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status, changes, etc.Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure clear lines of communication and project alignmentAccurately maintain forecast in a timely mannerAssist Sales team with orals, demos, and LOEsStay up to date on industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and be able to advise on Workday best practicesProvide Exceptional Customer Service to build lasting relationships with clients Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities of this jobExperience and Education Requirements:Must be based in India, have a reliable internet connection, and be available to work remotely from Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM ISTTotal 6 Years of Workday Experience and Workday Certification is mandate.A minimum of 3 years of experience as an individual contributor in a lead Workday Reporting consultant role writing complex HCM reports (Advanced, Composite, and Matrix) at a Workday partner firm is required.BIRT experience is preferred, but not requiredWorkday Reporting experience with higher ed and/or US government projects is preferred, but not requiredWorkday partner certifications in Workday HCM Core and Workday Reporting is required. Prism certification and experience is preferred, but not requiredMust have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with the US team and clientMust demonstrate a detailed understanding of Workday reporting processes and best practices, along with the ability to make appropriate recommendations for Workday implementationsA desire to have fun while building something new
