We’re building a lean, high-performance trading desk and are seeking a Senior Crypto Trader with ~6 years of experience to take ownership of live strategies and scale into a Head of Trading role.What You’ll DoRun your own crypto trading strategy from day oneFull ownership from idea to execution, including risk and performance trackingOptimize and operate ultra-low-latency (tick-to-trade, single-digit µs) strategiesScale P&L and build infrastructure around your trading edgeHelp shape the future structure and direction of the deskRequirementsCurrently live with a profitable crypto strategy (or recently)Deep understanding of market microstructure, HFT, and execution riskStrong Python/C++ skills for rapid development/testing (plus)Strategic thinker with leadership potentialCompensation & PerksCompetitive base + strong P&L shareFully remote-friendly (outside US due to regulatory structure)
