Financial Planning and Analysis Leader We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Leader to drive strategic financial initiatives and provide critical insights to our executive leadership team. About the Role Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and models to inform business decisions. Analyze performance data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations to drive growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives. Requirements 5-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in SaaS/subscription businesses. Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, including ARR, churn, LTV/CAC, and unit economics. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL skills, with experience working with Salesforce, NetSuite, and BI tools. A Day in the Life As a Financial Planning and Analysis Leader, you will be responsible for driving strategic financial initiatives while providing critical insights to our executive leadership team. Your key responsibilities will include owning annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, developing comprehensive SaaS metrics reporting, and partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities.
