Job Title: Senior Statistical Programmer FSP Cytel is looking for a skilled Senior Statistical Programmer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing statistical methods and models to analyze and interpret complex data from clinical trials. Responsibilities: Design and implement statistical analysis plans and protocols for clinical trials; Develop and maintain statistical models and algorithms to analyze and interpret large datasets; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biostatisticians, data managers, and clinicians, to ensure that statistical methods are aligned with the goals of the project; Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner; Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in statistical methodology and software tools. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field; Experience: At least 8 years of experience in SAS programming and statistical analysis, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry; Skills: Strong programming skills in SAS and R; experience with CDISC standards (SDTM and ADaM); excellent communication and collaboration skills; Qualifications: Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
