Senior Financial Analysts are needed to drive business growth and success by partnering with portfolio managers, risk managers, analysts, and CIOs. Key responsibilities include working directly with top hedge funds and asset managers, uncovering alpha, beta, and idiosyncratic drivers by analyzing portfolios, designing and validating analytics that solve real institutional workflows, and turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insights shaping product and investment decisions. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier institution with minimum GPA of 8.7/10 (or equivalent). 2–4 years experience in front-office finance (IB, hedge fund, asset management). Top performer academically and/or professionally among peers. Strong math and stats background. Deep investment fluency; elite analytical, modeling, and communication abilities. Precision, ownership, and comfort operating with senior stakeholders. CFA, FRM, MBA, or coding skills (Python/R) are strong pluses.
