Job Title: Financial Quality Assurance Specialist The role involves collaborating with business users, delivery teams, and technology stakeholders to ensure quality assurance and process improvement in capital markets and fintech. About the Role: This position requires a hands-on experience in functional testing, test automation frameworks, and quality reporting. Key responsibilities include working closely with business users on billing, payment, and quality assurance activities, collaborating with delivery and QA teams to conduct calibration sessions, performing functional testing, quality reporting, and issue tracking across applications. Additionally, the ideal candidate will drive best practices in testing processes, methodologies, tools, and technologies, build, enhance, and maintain test frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage. Conduct briefings and knowledge sessions for advisors addressing service quality gaps and improvement opportunities, ensure testing is aligned with agile software development practices. Engage in continuous improvement of test strategies to support product and business goals. Required Skills & Experience: A strong understanding of fixed income, equity, and derivatives trading. Knowledge of capital markets, asset management, and issuer communications. Experience with market data, providers, and their business significance. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, databases, and QA tools. Exposure to client environments with Java and Angular technologies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
