Executive Search Research Associate – Global Partner Mandates

Tandem Search is a boutique executive search firm with a strong track record supporting top-tier strategy consulting firms, financial institutions, and corporates across APAC and the Middle East.We are now looking for a high-calibreResearch Associateto join our global team and support Partner- and C-suite-level searches.The Role As a Research Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior mandates across APAC and the ME region. Your responsibilities will include: Creating detailedmarket mapsand talent pipelines for senior mandates. Conductingintroductory and screening callswith senior candidates. Deliveringin-depth research and insightson firms, markets, and talent pools. Working closely with the leadership team onglobal partner-level mandates .Who We’re Looking For Ideally, experience with aSHREK firm(Spencer Stuart, Heidrick, Russell Reynolds, Egon Zehnder, Korn Ferry) or comparable executive search/consulting environment. Background inglobal consultingor strategy recruitment preferred. Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to produce structured, actionable insights. Fluency inEnglishis a must; additional Asian or Middle Eastern languages a plus. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in aremote, fast-paced environment.Why Join Tandem Search?
