Think Design Collaborative is hiring a seasoned Design Head with a strong portfolio of hotel website project work Skills:Work with principal stakeholders & decision makers in client organisations to understand their Business/Organisation Goals, User/Customer Behaviour, and create Design Roadmaps & Strategies for their Services & ProductsAbility to decode complex business goals, product & technical content, and Interaction Design in order to create engaging & effective experiences for our clientsThorough understanding of User Experience DesignAbility to conduct Design Workshops with leadership teams from Clients.Should be able to collect & analyse Business Requirements for the project.People Management Skills need to be excellent.
