You will work closely with the marketing and content team to create creatives for social media, ads, branding, and promotional campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign graphics, social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, and other marketing materials.Edit and produce video content, including reels, ads, corporate videos, product videos, and motion graphics.Create thumbnails, animated elements, transitions, and text overlays as required.Ensure brand consistency across all visual content.Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver concepts.Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and editing styles.Skills & RequirementsTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of:Adobe SuiteCanva, Lightroom, FigmaUnderstanding of color theory, typography, layouts, and branding.Ability to create clean, engaging, and modern designs.Good sense of pacing, audio sync, transitions, and video aesthetics.Soft SkillsCreativity and attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a teamGood communication skillsAbility to take feedback and make revisionsTime management and multitaskingQualificationsAny degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or equivalent.1–3 years of experience preferred (freshers with strong portfolios can also apply).
