Electronic Systems Designer

Hardware Engineer Position We are seeking an accomplished Hardware Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality RTL design, verification, and debugging challenges that mirror industry complexity and best practices. You will work closely with researchers to create realistic problems, build optimized containerized environments, and collaborate directly with AI researchers to understand agent capabilities and training requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop innovative RTL design and verification problems Design and optimize containerized environments for agent training tasks Collaborate with leading AI researchers Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: At least 2 years of experience in RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog or VHDL A strong background in verification methodologies (UVM, SystemVerilog, testbench development) Experience with synthesis, timing analysis, and debugging tools Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor Graphics) Skills In addition to your technical skills, you should possess: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Excellent communication skills Curiosity about AI/ML applications Self-motivated and independent worker
