Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Curator to join our Content Team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, quality, and accessibility of our data assets. You will work closely with analysts, IT professionals, and subject matter experts to curate and manage our data repositories, enabling informed decision-making across the organization and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities Curate, organize, and maintain large datasets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Develop and implement data curation strategies, including cleansing, transformation, and standardization. Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to gather and interpret data requirements. Select and optimize data storage and retrieval solutions to improve accessibility and usability. Ensure adherence to data governance policies, privacy regulations, and data protection standards. Maintain documentation for data curation processes, including data dictionaries and metadata standards. Monitor data integrity, identify issues, and apply corrective actions. Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in data curation and management. Contribute to data-related projects such as migrations, integrations, and modeling initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). Demonstrated experience in data curation, data management, or a similar role. Strong understanding of data management principles, governance, and quality assurance. High attention to detail and the ability to work with complex datasets. Problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving data-related issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. Preferred: Knowledge of machine learning and statistical analysis concepts.
