Position: Manager Landscape Design Location: BangaloreAt Total Environment, we love creating experiences that touch the senses and evoke emotions. We currently have 8 projects with around 4500 custom designed, furnished homes as well as commercial and institutional buildings, covering a total saleable area of approximately 14 million square feet under construction at Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad. Purpose The purpose of this role is to lead and manage landscape design projects, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions that enhances the quality of life for occupants and meets project goals. Areas of Ownership Deliverables Lead landscape design projects from concept to completion for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments Guiding the aesthetic and technical development of assigned projects. Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets Client and stakeholder management Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and other professionals Organising and directing junior team members in the design of assigned projects. Demonstrating an expert understanding of landscape drawing production techniques, BoM's Project Timeliness and Budget Percentage completion of projects based on Project delivery and batches Number of projects requiring significant design revisions post initial submission. Revenue - Achieving Annual Billing target based on Quarterly design delivery schedule Quality - Instances of design flaws or failures identified during or after project for landscape works Innovation and Energy Efficiency - Number of innovative technologies and sustainable practices implemented in design.Requirement Master’s degree in landscape architecture from reputed Institutes 5+ years of experience in landscape design or architecture. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.
