If you're someone who thrives on transforming ideas into seamless and stunning digital experiences, this role is your canvas. With at least 2 years of hands-on experience, you’ll contribute to crafting user-friendly interfaces and engaging visuals that align with both user needs and business objectives. As a key player in our design process, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other creatives to bring products to life — from wireframes and mock-ups to polished prototypes and final visual designs.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to support design decisions. Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms. Transform complex ideas and requirements into clean, modern, and user-centric designs. Work alongside developers and product managers to ensure flawless design implementation. Continuously advocate for user experience and maintain a user-first mindset. Support and contribute to the evolution of the design system and UI guidelines. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in UI/UX and graphic design. Create visually engaging graphics including icons, banners, infographics, and illustrations. Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and videos for use across digital platforms. Design motion graphics and micro-interactions to elevate the user experience. Participate in user testing and iterate designs based on feedback.RequirementsMust-Have:2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX and graphic design. A strong portfolio showcasing creative and user-focused design work for both web and mobile. Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or equivalents. Solid understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and design systems. Basic familiarity with user research and usability testing methods. Ability to design across a variety of media — including static and motion graphics. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
