SummaryOverview:We are seeking a high-performance Executive Assistant to support the Founder in staying organised, focused, and effective across a wide range of priorities. You'll play a key role in managing the Founder’s schedule, communication, key projects, and operational initiatives.The ideal candidate is execution-driven, highly organised, tech-savvy, and eager to take ownership of critical support tasks that drive real leverage.Please note: We are not actively hiring for this position at the moment. Applications are still welcome, but responses may be delayed.Key Responsibilities:Executive Support & Calendar ManagementOwn the Founder’s calendar: defend focus time, time-block priorities, avoid overloadManage inbound scheduling and optimise for strategic goalsReview and triage emails; draft responses where appropriateFollow up with internal/external stakeholders when replies are missing or actions delayedProofread important documents and investor communicationsTask, Project & Prioritisation SupportHelp organise and maintain the Founder’s task backlogAssist with prioritisation and delegation of tasksFollow up on meeting action points and ensure progress trackingHelp manage key quarterly company initiatives with light-touch project trackingSupport OKR tracking and reportingAdministrative OperationsPrepare agendas, take meeting minutes, track follow-upsAssist in the creation and maintenance of SOPs and internal documentationManage invoices and set up system integrations (e.g., Xero, GoCardless)Research tools, draft policies, and assist with process designTravel & Event LogisticsCoordinate travel, accommodation, and team eventsProactively manage logistics for client visits in multiple citiesContent, Docs, & Communication SupportPrepare agendas, take meeting minutes, track follow-upsAssist in the creation and maintenance of SOPs and internal documentationCreate and format presentations and internal documents in PowerPoint/Google SlidesWrite and schedule LinkedIn content (using existing tone/style guidance)Assist in preparing investor updates and reportsConduct research (e.g., market, tools, VCs) and summarise findingsConduct data analysis using Excel/SheetsSkills & Competencies:Must-Have:High attention to detail (especially with formatting, consistency, grammar)Proficiency in PowerPoint and ExcelExcellent written communicationTask and time managementComfortable with technology and fast learning of new toolsDiscretion with confidential informationProactive mindset with initiative to spot and solve problemsBonus:Experience using HubSpot, Xero, GoCardlessFamiliarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for automation and content repurposingExposure to SaaSWork ScheduleAs the client is UK-based, you will be required to work in UK daytime:Monday to Friday14:00 - 23:00 IST (08:30 am - 17:30 GMT)Pay & Benefits - What you’ll get in return:Annual CTC: 8 to 12 lakhsFully remote role
