Key Responsibilities: • Connect with US customers to introduce them to our unique program • Follow up with customers to ensure they're engaging with our classes • Gain training and participate in trial classes to develop your expertise • Foster client relationships, collect feedback, and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise • Establish and expand connections with Clients based in the US and UK Desired Candidate Requirements: • Prior experience in customer-facing roles and call centers is essential • A pleasant personality for engaging conversations and building rapport • Strong communication skills and active listening abilities • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of US localization and understanding of US Accent are desirable Job Type: Full-time, Night Shift (11 PM - 11 AM), Remote
