You will ensure our bookkeeping is impeccable, our budgets are on track, and we have a clear, real-time overview of our financial health at all times.What You Will DoExcel Wizardry & Reporting: You are the undisputed master of our spreadsheets. You will build, maintain, and optimize complex Excel models for budget tracking, cash flow planning, and KPI reporting. You will transform raw data into clear, actionable dashboards that drive decision-making.Preparatory Bookkeeping: You will meticulously handle all bookkeeping preparations for our external tax advisor. This includes processing incoming and outgoing invoices, performing account reconciliations, and managing all financial documents.Budgeting & Cash Flow Management: You will actively support the creation of budgets and financial forecasts. You will conduct variance analysis (plan vs. actual) and help us continuously improve our financial planning.Process Optimization: You will analyze existing financial processes and proactively suggest ways to automate and improve efficiency. You will ensure our financial operations can scale as the company grows.Who We're Looking ForAn Excel Virtuoso: For you, Excel is more than a tool—it's your playground. Complex formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP are second nature. You think in models and can structure data to make it understandable for everyone. Experience with Power Query or VBA is a huge plus.A Strong Financial Foundation: You have proven experience in bookkeeping, controlling, or a similar finance role. A relevant degree or certification is highly valued.An Analytical Mindset: You have a strong affinity for numbers, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to draw the right conclusions from data.A Proactive Self-Starter: You are extremely autonomous, reliable, and take ownership of your work. You thrive in a remote environment.A Clear Communicator: You can explain financial concepts in a simple and understandable way.
