Grow Your Staff is looking for a Senior US Accountant for a US-based independent board game publisher focused on developing interactive business stimulation games. This is a full-time remote position.The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be directly working with the team based in the USA.Experience required: 10+ yearsTime: 5:30 pm IST - 2:30 am IST (Monday - Friday)CTC: INR 15-20 LPALocation: RemoteType of employment: Full-timeResponsibilitiesOversee all financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounting, and compliance.Manage tax reporting and filings, ensuring compliance with US federal and state regulations.Calculate, report, and remit sales taxes and royalties.Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors for quarterly and yearly filings.Ensure accuracy of inventory, accounts payable, and accounts receivable records.Provide strategic financial insights to leadership.RequirementsQuickBooks OnlineGoogle SuiteKnowledge of US GAAP and tax regulationsFamiliarity with restaurant/retail accounting structures or other project management toolsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA or equivalent US accounting certification preferredProven expertise in US taxation, compliance, and statutory filings​​Hands-on knowledge of the US tax code, compliance, and reportingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership abilities
