Accountable Accounts Receivable Expert

Key Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process from start to finish. Specifically, your duties will include: Partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner Facilitating payment applications to ensure accurate recording Executing daily collection efforts, including dynamic collection and communication strategies Proposing and executing processes to automate or expedite procedures Monitoring the accounts receivable inbox to ensure timely response, redirection, or escalation of all internal and external customer inquiries Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: 4+ years of relevant experience with mid-tier ERP systems and handling customer payments Superior working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Strong verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities Team player who leads by example and champions new initiatives What We Offer At our organization, we celebrate our differences and thrive on diversity for our employees, products, customers, investors, and communities.
