Accountant Location:Ranjangaon MIDC, Pune – Onsite Type:Full-time | Mon–Sat, 9am–6pmObjective:Deliver clean books, zero surprise cash gaps, and on-time compliances—every single week.Job Role: Accounting & books:Daily entries, journal/voucher control, month-end close, trial balance. AR/AP:Invoicing, e-invoicing/e-way bill, debtor aging & collections; vendor bills, GRN matching, payment runs. Reconciliations:Bank, GST ledgers, marketplace settlements (Amazon/Flipkart/etc.), petty cash, inter-company (if any). Statutory:GSTR-1/3B, 2A/2B reconciliation, TDS (24Q/26Q), PF/ESI/PT; coordinate with CA for IT return & audit. Inventory & COGS:Maintain stock, accurate manufacturing entries, negative stock checks; periodic stock take with Stores.Must-have skills & experience 3–6 yearsin accounting (manufacturing/trading/FMCG preferred). Hands-on withGST filings ,2A/2B ITCmatch,TDS , payroll basics (PF/ESI). Strong inTally Prime ,Excel , Google Drive Clear written & spoken communication; rigor, integrity, and follow-through.
