Accountant – Real Estate Industry (Offshore) Location:Remote (India Preferred) Employment Type:Contract (3–6 Months, with strong potential for extension) Compensation:$800–$1,800/month USD (based on experience and location)Overview: A leading real estate investment and property management group is seeking a highly skilled Offshore Accountant to support its property-level accounting operations. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for an experienced accounting professional with deep exposure to real estate financials and property management portfolios.Key Responsibilities: Perform full-cycle property-level accounting for a portfolio of real estate assets Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Reconcile bank accounts and maintain general ledgers Track and manage accounts payable/receivable and tenant ledgers Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Support internal teams with audit preparation and compliance-related tasks Maintain accurate records in accounting systems and ensure timely updates Qualifications: 3+ years of accounting experience, with astrong focus on real estateor property management Proven experience managingproperty-level financials Proficiency in accounting tools (QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar real estate platforms preferred) Strong understanding of US GAAP principles and reporting standards Ability to work independently in aremoteenvironment and communicate effectively with onshore teams Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
