What We’re Looking For We are seeking a dynamic HR professional  who specializes in end-to-end recruitment  and talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in scaling our workforce, helping us attract, evaluate, and hire the best talent that aligns with our culture and vision. Key Responsibilities Drive full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports Enhance employer branding through social media and career platforms Ensure smooth onboarding and integration for new hires Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment Qualifications Bachelor’s/master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a tech or mid-sized company Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, job portals, and professional networks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously Familiarity with ATS tools and HR software is a plus Why Join Us?
