The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, handling reservations, maintaining phone etiquette, and ensuring excellent communication with guests. Daily tasks include greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
