Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Salesforce Administrator to join a high-performing engineering team working on scalable products for global enterprise clients. Our 750+ strong engineering team delivers high-impact solutions across Product and Data Engineering, with deep expertise in Agentic AI, GenAI, RPA, and Full-stack development. Ongoing Maintenance & Administration • User management, permission sets, profiles, and role hierarchy maintenance • Data quality management, including deduplication, field updates, and record cleanup • Troubleshooting bugs, errors, and system issues as they arise • Managing sandbox environments and deployment processes • Monitoring system health, storage, and API usage • Object clean-up and maintenance for usability Custom Flows & Automation • Building, maintaining, and optimising Salesforce Flows (Screen Flows, Auto-launched Flows, Scheduled Flows) • Creating and managing existing custom flows, including routing flows, BDR assignment, stage, status, and update triggers, and pipeline automation • Developing new automation as business processes evolve • Reviewing and retiring legacy workflow rules and process builder automations Reporting & Dashboards • Building and maintaining custom reports and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership • Supporting board-level and pipeline reporting requirements • Integrating Salesforce data with external reporting tools (Power BI, Looker Studio) as needed • Creating and managing list views, report types, and scheduled report delivery API Integrations, Maintenance & Optimisation Salesforce is our single source of truth. The contractor is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing all API connections between Salesforce and our connected platforms. • SalesLoft: Maintain bidirectional sync of leads, contacts, and activity data; troubleshoot cadence and task sync issues; optimise field mapping as sales processes evolve • HubSpot: Maintain API connection for marketing-to-sales handoff; ensure lead scoring, campaign attribution, and contact data sync accurately into Salesforce • ConnectWise: Maintain integration supporting partner and MSP opportunity tracking; ensure account and ticket data syncs correctly across platforms • ZoomInfo: Manage data enrichment sync; maintain field mapping for account and contact records; monitor data quality and deduplication resulting from enrichment • Other integrations: Support additional API connections as the business adds new platforms; document all integration architecture and data flows • Proactively monitor API usage, error logs, and sync failures; resolve issues before they impact sales or marketing operations • Manage API version updates and deprecations to ensure integrations remain stable across Salesforce releases • Insycle: Duplicate management process, software deployment, and maintenance Development & Configuration • Custom object creation, field configuration, and page layout updates • Apex triggers, classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) as needed • AppExchange app evaluation, installation, and configuration • Supporting Agentforce evaluation and potential implementation Engagement Requirements • Participation in weekly status calls and sprint planning • Ticket-based project management via Asana or equivalent • Documentation of all customisations, flows, and changes in a shared knowledge base • Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Technology and Analytics teams Required Qualifications • Salesforce Certified Administrator (required) • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder (preferred) • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II (preferred) • Minimum 6 years of Salesforce development and administration experience • Demonstrated experience with complex Flow architecture • Experience with SalesLoft, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo integrations (strongly preferred) • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills • Experience supporting US-based clients in a remote capacity Engagement Details - Commitment: ~35 hours per week with predictable workload and clear deliverables - Work Model: 100% remote engagement from our side - Compensation: Monthly payouts with a transparent pay cycle - Tenure: Long-term engagement for high performers; continuity and stability assured - Eligibility: Open only to professionals currently working in a full-time remote role (validated during screening) - Growth: Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact products alongside senior engineering leadership
