Job Description:

JD-Dialer and Lead Generator Key Responsibilities ∙Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calling to generate new leads. ∙Lead Qualification: Use defined criteria and call script to qualify prospects and prioritize follow-ups. ∙Appointment Setting: Secure discovery calls and on-site discovery meetings for the senior sales team; manage calendars and confirmations. ∙CRM Management: Update all interactions, notes, lead statuses, and next steps in the CRM in real time; maintain data hygiene. ∙Follow-Up Nurturing: Run structured follow-up cadences to progress leads through the funnel. ∙Scripting : Use and improve call scripts and sequences to increase conversion rates. ∙Collaboration: Share market feedback with Sales/Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and campaigns. ∙Reporting: Track and report on daily/weekly activity, conversion metrics, and pipeline health. Required Skills & Qualifications ∙Proven experience in lead generation/SDR/BDR or similar role. ∙Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills; comfortable with outreach targets. ∙Appointment setting experience with measurable results. ∙Solid CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and habit of meticulous data entry. ∙Ability to qualify leads using frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC, or similar. ∙Excellent verbal and written communication; confident, clear, and persuasive. ∙Organized, goal-driven, and resilient with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.US shift Salary- 4-4.2 LPA
