Location: Remote | Flexible EngagementWe’re looking for a proactive IT Project Bidder to join our growing team — someone who can identify new project opportunities, communicate with clients, and help us win bids across platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and Clutch.Responsibilities:Identify, qualify, and bid for software and IT service projects.Prepare winning proposals and pricing strategies.Coordinate with technical teams to understand scope and delivery timelines.Build long-term relationships with international clients.Track, follow up, and close deals effectively.Qualifications:1–3 years’ experience in IT project bidding / business development.Required Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with Upwork / Freelancer / LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Understanding of IT services such as Web & App Development, Cloud Solutions, AI Integrations, etc.Pay range and compensation package:Commission-based or Partnership Model — earn a percentage on every closed project.
