Deliver the Performance.Tundra Technical Solutions is entering a critical phase of enterprise expansion in India. As Director of Sales & Enterprise Delivery – India, you will own the end-to-end performance of strategic client programs, ensuring enterprise delivery excellence, governance integrity, and sustained account growth.This role combines commercial accountability with operational leadership. You will oversee enterprise account delivery, program performance, team capability, and client governance while ensuring that every engagement exceeds KPI, SLA, and compliance expectations.Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Sales – APAC, you will serve as the senior enterprise account and program leader for India — accountable for delivery performance, client satisfaction, operational compliance, and long-term account expansion.Primary ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Account Delivery & Program PerformanceOwn end-to-end performance across enterprise staffing and workforce programs.Ensure all accounts operate within defined SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks.Monitor program health metrics including fill rates, time-to-submit, time-to-fill, quality-of-hire indicators, and margin performance.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.Lead performance recovery plans where required, ensuring rapid stabilization and stakeholder confidence.Client Management & Executive EngagementServe as senior escalation point for enterprise clients across India.Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CHRO, Procurement, Talent Acquisition, and Operations leaders.Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), presenting program data, insights, risk mitigation plans, and performance trends.Translate operational metrics into strategic workforce insights that influence client decision-making.Ensure proactive communication and transparent reporting across all client engagements.Program Governance, Compliance & Risk ManagementEstablish and enforce governance frameworks aligned to global enterprise standards.Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, reporting standards, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance.Drive standardized reporting cadence across all enterprise programs.Maintain operational documentation, process controls, and audit-readiness across India delivery teams.Partner with legal, finance, and compliance teams to mitigate risk exposure.Team Hiring, Leadership & Capability DevelopmentRecruit, onboard, and develop high-performing Account Managers, Program Managers, and Delivery Leads.Implement structured training programs covering SLA adherence, compliance standards, client communication, and reporting excellence.Embed a culture of accountability, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.Coach leaders to operate as strategic client advisors rather than transactional account managers.Create succession plans and build future enterprise program leaders.KPI & SLA Performance ExcellenceSet and track performance targets across delivery teams.Implement standardized scorecards to measure recruiter and program-level effectiveness.Ensure consistent achievement — and where possible, overachievement — of contractual performance metrics.Introduce process automation and operational efficiencies to improve speed, quality, and cost performance.Drive root cause analysis on performance gaps and implement corrective action frameworks.Commercial Integration & Account ExpansionIdentify organic growth opportunities within existing enterprise programs.Partner with APAC and global leadership to expand multi-service solutions across accounts.Ensure delivery performance strengthens commercial credibility and client retention.Protect and improve margin performance through disciplined operational oversight.Cross-Border & Global Program AlignmentAlign India-based delivery teams with global enterprise standards and reporting frameworks.Collaborate with international account directors to ensure seamless multi-country execution.Maintain consistent governance, reporting, and service quality across regional operations.Represent India in global account performance reviews and strategy discussionsRequired Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesCommercial & Industry Expertise8–12+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within technology, staffing, RPO, MSP, or workforce solutions.Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments at senior levels.Confident communicator capable of influencing both internal and client leadership teams.Comfortable leading negotiations and high-stakes enterprise discussions.Demonstrated success leading revenue growth and enterprise account expansion in India.Strong understanding of complex staffing models, SLAs, pricing structures, and margin optimization.Experience building and scaling high-performing sales or account management teams.Experience managing operating plans, revenue targets, and margin performance.Why This RoleIndia represents a strategic growth priority within Tundra’s global expansion.
