Role: Concierge ConsultantAs a Concierge Consultant at Aspire Lifestyles, you will be the face of luxury service, assisting High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) with their exclusive requests.Your Responsibilities:Handle inbound calls and requests from HNI clients with professionalism and empathyProvide concierge services, including:Flight, hotel, and concert bookingsRestaurant reservations, event & experience coordinationTravel planning and lifestyle arrangementsDeliver seamless, high-touch experiences aligned with Aspire’s global standards of excellenceWhat We’re Looking For:Passion for delivering exceptional customer serviceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA calm, proactive, and solution-oriented mindsetExperience in hospitality, travel, or customer experience preferredShift Timings:It's a 24*7 shift with two rotational week offs, UK shift will be the last shift.For women, only morning shift will be available (7AM - 10AM).Apply through:
