We're a small, fast-moving team and this is our 5th hire — you will shape how Othor goes to market.The RoleWe're looking for a GTM Engineer who sits at the intersection of engineering, growth, and sales. You'll build the systems, automations, and tooling that power Othor's go-to-market motion - from outbound infrastructure and CRM pipelines to product-led growth experiments and US market penetration.This is not a traditional marketing or sales ops role. You will write code, run outbound, move fast, and own outcomes end-to-end.
