We are growing rapidly and looking for a hands-on QA Automation Engineer to join our engineering team and help us scale.Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web, API, and backend testing. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to understand requirements and define automation strategies. Build and maintain automated test scripts that ensure product quality across different modules. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support frequent and reliable deployments. Analyze test failures, conduct root cause analysis, and contribute to faster resolution of defects. Evaluate and adopt new testing tools and technologies to improve test coverage and efficiency. Contribute as an individual contributor without the need for team or people management responsibilities.Requirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in automation testing only —this role is suited for candidates who have worked exclusively on automation without manual testing responsibilities. Strong experience in building automation frameworks . Proficiency in programming languages such asPython, JavaScript, or Java. Experience withREST API testingand integrating API validations into automation pipelines. Familiarity withCI/CD toolslike Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI. Solid understanding of test design principles, test coverage analysis, and automation strategy. Hands-on experience working inAgile or Scrum-based environments . Experience with tools likeJIRA, TestRail,or similar for test and defect management.Must be currently functioning as anindividual contributorand not in a team lead or managerial capacity.
