This position is with one of our clients in India, who is actively hiring candidates to expand their teams.Title: Lead D365 SCM Functional ConsultantLocation: Bangalore/Hyderabad/ Chennai (Remote)Employment Type: Full-time PermanentNotice Period: Immediate to 1 monthResponsibilities:Leading the design, configuration and testing of D365 sales, forecasting, scheduling, warehousing and procurement processesLead the functional analysis and design discussions, advising business users on the use of the solutions based on best practices and the business processesWork with Business SMEs to design & enable optimal business processes using Dynamics D365Identify solution gaps, complete Joint Application Design workshops and prepare functional design documentationDefine D365 data structures and Data ETL processes for data migration requirementsDesign and implement security roles framework for Finance and Operations SolutionWork with the Technical Team to assist in the Data Integration designs and testing of integrated third-party systems and ISV modulesDefine report requirements & designLead training sessions for key functionality and new enhancementsTrain business users on the workings of the finance modules and any delivered enhancementsAlign stakeholders around ERP solution and enhancement requestsRequired Skills:Minimum of 10 years of experience as a D365 SCM consultantPrior retail and supply chain domain experience requiredGood experience in IntegrationInvolvement in at least three D365 F&O implementations, including post Go Live warranty supportDemonstrated ability to deliver training and consulting in Supply Chain and WarehousingExceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills as well as strong problem solving and issue resolution abilityDemonstrated ability to work on multiple initiatives and across business units concurrentlyBusiness Analysis with strong documentation skills to capture business requirements, gaps, functional specifications, test scripts and training guidesStrong interpersonal, presentation and written communication skillsAbility to express understand technical concepts and communicate them simplyAbility to work in an Agile Product team with daily interaction with both consulting and business resourcesPrevious implementation experience in MS Advanced WarehousingPrior working experience with Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power BI and Automate)Critical Success Metrics:-Timely delivery of FSDs and design documents80% of solution delivered without rework100% Completion and accuracy of Security Roles DesignAverage time to resolve functional issues: ≤ 2 business days for high-priority issuesAdherence to project milestones: ≥ 98%
