REQUIREMENT- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse demographics in person, over the phone, and via email - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and professionally - Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently - Keen attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks and maintaining records - Maintain a professional demeanour, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information - Ability to identify problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutionsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Greet and assist guests / visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Handle inquiries, provide information, and direct individuals to appropriate personnel or resources. - Handling check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and managing reservations - Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and courteously. Relay messages accurately and efficiently to the relevant stakeholders. - Manage the reception / front desk area and ensure that it is clean and organized at all times. - Coordinate meetings or events by arranging facilities and equipment as needed. - Address any issues or concerns raised by guests/visitors, or staff members professionally and promptly. Escalate complex problems to appropriate personnel when necessary.
