This is an excellent opportunity for male candidates to kick-start their career in the retail industry.Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for every customer Follow grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times Greet and assist customers, offering a shopping bag and guiding them to find the right products within the store Communicate product information, promotions, and offers to customers, and provide feedback to DMs Achieve set sales targets by using effective selling techniques and increasing basket size Maintain a well-organized store environment, adhering to retail standards and plan-o-gram Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed, folded, and stacked, and that barcodes are attached Contribute to shrinkage control by recovering merchandise from trial rooms and cashcounters Maintain displays, props, and signage acrylics as per VM guidelines Requirements Requirements: Minimum 10th pass Age between 18-30 years 6 days working (with a week off between Monday to Thursday, any day) Open to male candidates only Benefits Salary- 12807 NTH + PF & ESIC
