We are building voice-first AI feedback platform for automotive retail across North America.We are backed by our customer World Auto Group (Chicago) and the founders of Qburst (acquired for $200M).We are looking for a high-agency Graphic Designer to join our founding team, someone who can blend marketing design with product UI thinking to help communicate complex AI ideas through clear, beautiful visuals.This role is ideal for designers who enjoy moving fast, taking ownership, and working in a startup environment where design directly shapes the company’s brand and product.What you will do? Pitch Decks & Executive PresentationsDesign high-impact sales, investor, and leadership decks that combine strong visual storytelling with strategic structure. Your work will help leaders communicate vision, product value, and insights clearly and persuasively.Visual Systems, Branding & Brand StrategyOwn and evolve our visual identity across every touchpoint. You’ll help shape the brand strategy and design systems that define how our company looks, feels, and communicates as we scale.Product UI/UX DesignWork closely with the product team to design clean, intuitive product interfaces in Figma.Create wireframes, user flows, and UI components for new product features.Help improve the overall user experience of the Lokam.ai platform.• Website & Landing PagesCollaborate with marketing and web teams to design on-brand visuals, layouts, and graphics for websites and landing pages that improve clarity, engagement, and conversion..• Marketing & Sales CollateralCreate polished, digestible visual assets such as one-pagers, brochures, case studies, and campaign collateral that support product launches, sales enablement, and brand initiatives.• Social & Content DesignDesign eye-catching static and motion graphics for social platforms (LinkedIn, X, etc.) that translate technical ideas into simple, engaging visuals.What we are looking for?• A strong portfolio showcasing work across pitch decks, marketing campaigns, web design, and digital/print collateral• Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design, wireframing, and prototyping• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools• Familiarity with motion design tools like After Effects is a plus• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and modern design aesthetics• Experience designing social media content for tech products or startups• Ability to manage multiple projects and move fast in a startup environmentExperience: 0–3 yearsWhat you get?Work directly with the founders.Best in class compensationWork with the latest AI tools with separate budget for AI spending.We work at a really fast pace so compress 3 years of learning in 6 months.If you enjoy building something from the ground up, you’ll thrive here.Send your portfolio to Optional Task:Submit a Figma link redesigning the landing page along with your portfolio to .
