Our team works across the full stack - data engineering, analytics, automation, and AI - to turn messy operational data into insights leaders can rely on.Our team is made up of people who learn fast, build with intention, and work directly on challenges that shape how organizations operate and make decisions. We’re growing quickly and are looking for people who want to grow with us.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable analytics and reporting solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Build and optimize data models, dashboards, and reports (including formats like Excel, Word, PDF, etc.) on OAC for business intelligence and analytics use cases Write efficient and complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting Work with data warehouses/data lakes to integrate and manage structured and semi-structured data Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for data ingestion and transformation Collaborate directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and security best practices across reporting systems Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to resolve reporting and data quality issues Work closely with cross-functional teams including analysts, engineers, and business users Create technical documentation and present progress updates, insights, and recommendations to clients Support performance tuning and optimization of reporting queries and data models Stay updated with evolving Oracle Analytics Cloud features and modern data engineering best practices Exposure to Snowflake and cloud-based analytics ecosystems is an added advantage Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 2+ years of experience in Data Engineering, BI Engineering, or related roles Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Advanced proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization) Strong understanding of Data Warehouse/Data Lake concepts and data modeling Experience building and managing ETL/ELT pipelines Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure preferred) Knowledge of Snowflake is preferred Understanding of BI reporting, dashboards, and analytics workflows Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Prior client-facing or consulting experience is highly preferred What We Offer Fully remote work setup Daily collaboration and guidance from the management team Competitive compensation packages that reward high performance Exciting career growth paths toward leadership and continuous learning opportunities Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity to work with a prominent client base and high-impact projects Exposure to modern data engineering and analytics ecosystems
