Cisco Engineer

Job Title: Sr. Cisco UCCE Support EngineerLocation: 100% RemoteSchedule: 6:30pm - 3:30am (USA EST Time Zone)- Full-time + On-Call rotation every 4 weeks (1 dedicated resource)Salary: 11-14LPAKey Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for Cisco UCCE 12.6 platform.- Monitor system health, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents promptly.- Handle on-call duties every 4 weeks, responding to critical issues in USA East Coast time zone.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and performance of contact center solutions.- Perform routine upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.- Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base.- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and customers.Required Skills:- Strong experience with Cisco UCCE 12.6, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.- Knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), CVP, Finesse, and related components.- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, VoIP, QoS).- Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.- Ability to work independently in a 24/7 on-call rotation (every 4 weeks)- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.Preferred Experience:- 5+ years in managed services or contact center support.- Experience with scripting or automation in UCCE environment.- Familiarity with cloud-based contact center solutions is a plus.Benefits:- Direct USA manger- Growth opportunities- 100% Remote- 2 weeks paid leave
