You may find this opportunity interesting if:You believe that design and communication is essential to strategy and brand creationYou are courageous enough to try bold ideas in design and communication that will inspire the youth of todayYou are keen to use design to build a lasting brand from the scratchAre passionate about creating a new paradigm in the education sector ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed UI mockups and prototypes illustrating page layouts, navigation flows, and design details to communicate clearly how pages should look and functionPrepare and present rough drafts and high-fidelity designs to internal teams and stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating on suggestionsConduct user testing, including heatmap analysis and behavior research (e.g., A/B testing, usability studies) to gain insights into actual user interactions and pain pointsProduce high-quality outputs such as wireframes and final deployments using platforms like Unbounce and FramerTest and optimize UI elements critical to marketing, such as CTAs, banners, layouts, and target links, especially on landing pages designed to drive conversionsCollaborate closely with marketing and product teams and—when necessary—external designers to deliver integrated digital experiencesAdhere to established style standards for typography, colors, imagery, and other brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing assetsQualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Arts/ Communication Design /Graphic Design/ UI/UX DesignSkills and Experience:0-3 years of proven work experience as a UI/UX designer or similar roleUp-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopUnderstanding of fundamentals of branding, design and communication, marketing channelsQualities and skills required: A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platformsUp-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopTeam spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholdersMulti-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Your creative genius to innovate designs which are fresh and which reflect the unique vision GradRightListening closely to the feedback from the stakeholders and redesign to delight the students and partnersAttention to detailCompensationWe believe in paying right and higher than the standard.
