Established in 1974, Our client is a leading manufacturer, marketers and exporter of Micro Nutrients, Bio-Organic Manure, Bio-Fertilizers, Bio-Pesticides, Bio-Activators and Chemical Pesticides. Experience : Must have sales experience in Fertilizer or Pesticides or Insecticides Location: Akola Responsibilities: Initiate strategic developmental planning. Should conduct demo, field evaluation trial, farmer meet, etc. Should identify insect, pest & diseases & provide recommendation to farmers. Travel extensively throughout allotted area. Conducting Training to Marketing Staff and Farmers about technical knowledge & products. Coordinate between Development team & sales Team Present management ongoing development and effectiveness of the team (Power point presentation). Should guide the marketing & developmental teams on a day to day basis. Responsible for overall activity of the Development teams.
