Job Description: Position: Site Support Engineer Job Location: Mumbai , Maharashtra Budget : 2.4 LPA to 3 LPA Service Agreement: 1 year Joining: Immediately Qualifications: · Education: Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering / BE · Experience: 1 to 2 Years Skills Required: • Proficient in electrical and mechanical concepts and systems. • Strong understanding of instrumentation functionalities and troubleshooting. • Skilled in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues. • Experience in troubleshooting hardware issues and ensuring timely resolutions. • Knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques and procedures. • Familiarity with various production line hardware types, their properties, and functionalities. • Understanding of PLCs and other control systems. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and external customers. • Strong verbal communication skills for clear and concise information exchange. • Basic knowledge of relevant software tools and systems for effective onsite operations. Roles & Responsibilities: • Act as the main point of contact for the client on-site and maintain good relationships with them. • Provide on-site technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues to minimize downtime. • Address client concerns promptly and effectively. • Work closely with internal teams, vendor teams, and client teams to ensure smooth operations on-site. • Effective communication and teamwork across all involved parties. • Diagnose and resolve technical problems independently or with other IT teams to ensure quick resolution. • Monitor system performance and production to proactively identify potential issues. • Coordinate hardware maintenance tasks to minimize impact on client operations. • Provide training and guidance to the client on technical systems and processes. • Be available for rotational shifts, flexible hours, and emergency support. • Adherence to client-specific holiday schedules for continuous support.
